Welcome To Conifer & The 285 Corridor!
One of Conifer's original homesteads is still here today in Aspen Park. Meyer's Ranch, located on Hwy 285, used to be called Midway House and was used as a hotel on the stagecoach run to Fairplay. The structure was originally built in 1889. This familiar yellow house and its forest and meadows will be preserved for future generations by Jefferson County Open Space.
